New pea's have been introduced such the stunning Monarchs Diamond. A beautiful pale buttercream petal flushed with paint strokes of blush deepening to rose at the edges.
There is nothing more satisfying than a handful of freshly picked sweet peas in spring. Hand tied bouquets of various blush tinted peas bring nothing but joy and fill the air with their intoxicating sweet scent. Here we have 5 packets of sweet peas where you can grow your own, barely there and blush toned petals on creamy and white backgrounds.
Sow from January onwards or in autumn in deep pots or root trainers. Pinch when there are at least 3/4 sets of true leaves. Once all danger frosts have passed plant out and keep watered and fed throughout. They will need upright support, tie in regularly. Dead head often.
