Whimsical and Wild Seed Box

The sweet scented lemon balm is a perennial that has many uses, use the leaves in warm water to make a refreshing tea and use the flowers in food. Get ahead and sow the lemon balm in autumn. When large enough, transplant into individual plants and grow on through autumn/winter. Planet out in spring to grow on. Plants will be small for the first year but will grow on to 80cms and will produce multiple stems year after year.
