Workshop Terms and Conditions
The power of essential oils is in their ability to trigger emotional responses and physical benefits. Activating feelings of nostalgia, comfort or even inspire creativity.
Please take the time to read through our T&Cs before booking a class.
When you book your class online this will be your digital receipt. The confirmation email is your e-ticket. Please note that we don’t send out physical tickets and our workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, please kindly get in touch with us via email at info@thewildpotagerco.com, providing at least 7 working days' notice before your booked slot. This allows us to manage bookings effectively and offer your place to others who may be waiting.
Please note, workshop dates cannot be changed after booking due to limited space and availability. It is important to ensure that you and any guests attending are able to participate on the scheduled day before confirming your booking. This policy remains in effect even if you are unable to attend because of illness, transportation difficulties, adverse weather conditions, injury, or other comparable circumstances.
Bookings are transferable to other guests. You may arrange for someone else to attend the session in your place, ie, if you are unable to attend yourself, or you would like to gift the session. We will need you to confirm this with us via email to info@thewildpotagerco.com and let us know their name and email address so that we may then confirm booking details with them. We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice for any changes to bookings otherwise, these will be recorded as cancellations.
Punctuality is very important, and we kindly require our guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins. Arriving a little early will give you plenty of time to settle in, get comfortable, and connect with like minded creatives before the session starts. If you arrive late, you might not be permitted to join the session, and this could be recorded as a cancellation on your part. Please note that we are unable to transfer your booking to a different workshop. This also applies if you are late due to reasons such as illness, transport issues, weather conditions or injury or other comparable circumstances.
Classes are open to anyone over the age of 18, however a child of 12 or over accompanied by an adult may attend.
We regret to inform you that we are not wheelchair friendly and all clients will need to use a small flight of stairs to enter the studio.
