Orders are packed with care and dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. During busy seasonal periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service, and once orders have been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Returns

Due to the nature of seeds and other perishable or seasonal items, returns are not accepted unless there is a genuine issue.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 30 days of purchase and I’ll always do my best to help, whether that’s advice, a replacement, or a refund where appropriate.
