Workshop Terms and Conditions
Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before booking a workshop with The Wild Potager Co.
Bookings & confirmation
When you book a workshop online, your booking confirmation email acts as your digital receipt and e-ticket. We do not issue physical tickets.
All workshop bookings are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we are unable to provide the workshop as booked.
Cancellations & non-attendance
If you are unable to attend your workshop, please contact us at info@thewildpotagerco.com with a minimum of 7 working days' notice prior to your booked date. This allows us to manage availability and, where possible, offer your place to someone else.
Workshop dates cannot be changed once booked due to limited availability. Please ensure you and any guests are able to attend on the scheduled date before confirming your booking.
If you are unable to attend and provide less than 7 working days' notice, your booking will be treated as a cancellation and we will be unable to offer a refund or transfer.
This policy applies to cancellations due to illness, injury, transport issues, adverse weather conditions, or similar unforeseen circumstances, except where otherwise required by law.
Transfers & gifting
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person. This allows you to gift your place or send someone in your stead if you are unable to attend.
Please notify us by email at info@thewildpotagerco.com at least 7 working days in advance, confirming the new attendee's name and email address so we can update the booking details.
Requests made with less than 7 working days' notice cannot be guaranteed and will be treated as cancellations.
Arrival & punctuality
We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins. Arriving a little early allows time to settle in and ensures the session can start promptly.
Late arrivals may not be able to join the workshop once the session has begun, particularly where joining late would disrupt the experience for other participants. Where a late arrival cannot be accommodated, the booking will be treated as a non-attendance.
Missed sessions cannot be transferred to another date.
Age suitability
Workshops are suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
Young people aged 12 to 17 may attend if accompanied by a participating adult.
Accessibility
Please note that our studio is not wheelchair accessible. Entry requires the use of a small flight of stairs.
If you have any accessibility requirements or would like to discuss whether the studio is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
Health & safety
Some workshops may involve the use of scissors, floristry tools, candles, hot wax, natural materials or other workshop equipment. Participants are expected to follow instructions and use equipment responsibly.
Please let us know before attending if you have any relevant allergies, sensitivities or other requirements that may affect your participation.
Photography
Photography and filming may take place during workshops for use on The Wild Potager Co. website, social media and other promotional materials.
We will avoid photographing or filming participants who have asked not to be included. Please let us know before the workshop if you do not wish to appear in photographs or filming.
If we need to cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop or are unable to provide it as booked, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a transfer to an alternative workshop date or a full refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with a workshop.
