Workshop Terms and Conditions
Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before booking a workshop with The Wild Potager Co.
Bookings & confirmation
When you book a workshop online, your booking confirmation email acts as your digital receipt and e-ticket. We do not issue physical tickets.
All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations & non-attendance
If you are unable to attend your workshop, please contact us at info@thewildpotagerco.com with a minimum of 7 working days’ notice prior to your booked date. This allows us to manage availability and, where possible, offer your place to others.
Workshop dates cannot be changed once booked due to limited availability. Please ensure you and any guests are able to attend on the scheduled date before confirming your booking.
This policy applies in all circumstances, including illness, injury, transport issues, adverse weather conditions, or similar unforeseen events.
Transfers & gifting
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person. This allows you to gift your place or send someone in your stead if you are unable to attend.
Please notify us by email at least 7 working days in advance, confirming the new attendee’s name and email address so we can update the booking details.
Requests made with less notice will be treated as cancellations.
Arrival & punctuality
We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins. Arriving a little early allows time to settle in and ensures the session can start promptly.
Late arrivals may not be able to join the workshop, and this may be recorded as a cancellation. Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be transferred to another date.
Age suitability
Workshops are open to participants aged 18 and over.
Young people aged 12 and over may attend if accompanied by a participating adult.
Accessibility
Please note that our studio is not wheelchair accessible. Entry requires the use of a small flight of stairs.
